Environmental management

The environment is more than just a consultancy area for us. We are a company that takes environmental protection very seriously, both in our consulting and in the day-to-day running of our business. We enact environmentally aware values in practical ways, both in our offices and when travelling for work – preferably by train or bus. Our head office in Berlin is CO₂ neutral. We have been awarded the EMAS certificate for internal environmental management.

EMAS is the highest European quality seal for systematic environmental protection, and is short for "Eco Management and Audit Scheme". Since 2012 we have been working assiduously on consistent environmental management. Our first priority within this is to save energy, or to use energy from renewable sources. Any CO₂ emissions that we do generate are offset in an environmentally friendly way – for example, using atmosfair for our own events or work flights. In addition, the company invests in ecological funds that implement further emissions reductions.
