Collection of personal data when registering for events
If you wish to register for one of our events, the data you provide (name, institution/company name, address, billing address if different, telephone number and e-mail address) will be stored and processed by us in order to process your registration. We process this data for the performance of the contractor or to take the steps necessary prior to entering into a contract in accordance with Article 6(1)b GDPR. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary or limit the processing if statutory retention obligations exist.

Collection of personal data for applications
If you apply for one of our job advertisements, we process the personal data you submit in this context in the application procedure. We process these to make the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship within the terms of § 26(1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) (new version). The categories of data processed include in particular:

DoubleClick by Google
