Currently, KCW has a team of more than 40 full-time employees in its offices in Berlin and Hamburg.

Although KCW staff have primarily gained their professional experience in the public sector, our team also includes specialists formerly employed by municipal transport operators.

The international climate at KCW is especially reflected in the multilingual talents of the team. In addition to English, French and Spanish, more "exotic" languages like Swedish, Danish, Polish and Dutch are also spoken.
